This privacy policy governs your use of the software application LIVE FOOTBALL/RUGBY ON TV LITE/PRO (“Application”) for mobile devices that was created by VISUAL DESIGN, IRELAND. The Application is a Football TV guide to global football games.

Live Football/Rugby On TV Lite/Pro does not collect any personal information from the user.

App Permissions:

The app will check for the following permissions:

The app will check for android.permission.GET_ACCOUNTS (to see if the user has purchased the pro version of the app.
Also GCM - Google Cloud Messaging - requires a Google account)
The app will check for android.permission.READ_PHONE_STATE (to allow for IAP - In App Purchases)

The app will check for com.android.vending.BILLING (to allow for IAP - In App Purchases)

The app will check for android.permission.INTERNET (to get football data from our servers)

The app will check for android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE (to access network information to give the user the best app football data)

The app will check for android.permission.VIBRATE (to vibrate on game alert notification)

The app will check for android.permission.WRITE_CALENDAR (to write football dates to user's calendar)

The app will check for android.permission.READ_CALENDAR (to read football dates to user's calendar)

The app will check for android.permission.WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (to backup user settings)

The app will check for android.permission.ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION (determine the best football data to show the user based on their location.
Location used for correct game data.

The app will check for android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION (determine the best football data to show the user based on their location.

The app will check for android.hardware.location.gps (for use with Google Cloud Messaging.) 

The app will check for android.permission.ACCESS_WIFI_STATE (to access network information to give the user the best app football data)

The app will check for android.permission.WAKE_LOCK (keeps the processor from sleeping when a message is received)






Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?


This Application does collect precise information about the location of your mobile device. It is used to determine the best football data to show the user. The app will also check for android.permission.ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION for use with HISourceKit library. This is the advertising network: www.huq.io.


To help us improve our service with huq.io, we collect the following information on an anonymous basis: Operating System, Date & time, Latitude, Longitude, Accuracy (GPS), SSID (network), BSSID (network), Internal MAC address (network), Bundle ID, Device Model, Device Manufacturer, Carrier Code (Android only), Carrier Name, Sim Code, Country, and Locale. In addition to helping us to measure the usage of our app this anonymous information is shared with third parties for their business purposes, including the creation of reports, market research and trend analysis. One of these third parties is Huq, data shared does not contain information from which users can be identified and we will not provide additional information to such third parties that enables such third parties to identify you. What are my opt-out rights?


You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
